Vince Winterland, President, Treasurer, & Board Director
My wife, Anne, and I have lived in Temple Hills since 1989. We raised our 2 sons here and have enjoyed living in the community and the relationships we’ve developed with our neighbors.
Throughout the years, I have been active in various HOA functions, including the ARC (1997-1999), Stormwater Drainage Committee (1998-2000), Treasurer since January 2020, and general attendance and monitoring of Board meetings since 2008.
I’m a retired CPA with over 35 years of experience in responsible management positions (15 years as Director of Finance & Operations at St. Matthew Catholic Church & School, 10 years as General Mananger & CFO for a medium sized manufacturing company, and 7 years with Deloitte & Touche as a CPA and management consultant). I have a Masters in Public Administration (Ohio State University) and a Masters in Business Administration (University of Michigan) … and am definitely a “Buckeye” fan!

Kathy Haskins, Secretary and Board Director
Derek and I have been Temple Hills residents since 2003. We and our two boys love the community.
I grew up in Minnesota, attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, met my husband in Montana, and also spent seven years in Louisiana before moving to Franklin.
I graduated with a degree in Marketing and worked in sales for a short time before settling into nonprofit fundraising and public relations. I took time off to homeschool my kids and now I am focusing my work efforts on freelance writing, editing, and social media video production. We are active in our church, Grace Church Nashville.

Clayton Kennamer, Board Director
Originally growing up in Temple Hills on Carnousti Road and working at the country club as a teenager, the goal was always to one day return to the neighborhood and raise a family.
Becca and I were fortunate enough to have that opportunity in December 2022 with our now four year old son after meeting in Washington, DC, and spending 8+ years there.
My background began in politics throughout high school and college, and transitioned into data & analytics consulting & sales across a variety of industries over the past 15+ years.
We’re thrilled to be back in the neighborhood surrounded by an incredible community, and I’m excited to serve as a member of the Board and ARC committee. Please reach out and connect as we’re excited to begin building relationships with the residents of Temple Hills and their families.

My family has enjoyed living in Temple Hills for over 33 years. Temple Hills has been a great place to raise my family. I certainly have a vested interest in this community and want only the best for Temple Hills. We have much to do in keeping our neighborhood looking the best it possibly can.
I studied interior design prior to becoming a CPA. I worked in private industry as an accountant until my children started school and then returned to my love of interior decorating. Once my daughter started college I went back to work in the financial services industry.
I believe THHA should accommodate the requests of our homeowners in a timely manner. I know first-hand this can be challenging. Communication to homeowners is important so that everyone understands what should be reported to the ARC. Approval of projects is necessary to maintain and preserve the beauty of our neighborhood. It also helps build community and respect for each other.

"My wife, Chris, and I have lived in Temple Hills for 29 years. We love living near the golf course, and enjoy the natural beauty of our community.
I support the family values of our community, and will work to maintain and enhance the value of our homes.
I have served on the ARC (Architectural Review Committee) and the HOA Compliance Committee for the past 20 years, and am willing to play an active service role on the HOA Board.
I believe it is important to support our established Restrictive Covenants and Architectural Guidelines, and will work hard to keep Temple Hills a beautiful and family-friendly place to live."
