TN Assoc. of Realtors Survey by "RISMedia"
"75% of American's believe the most important factor in determining a neighborhood's safety is the up-keep of surrounding homes, especially the conditions of the front lawns, which trumps even Googling neighborhood statistics to get a feel for a community."
Limit Parking in Streets
We have an on-going problem with residents and visitors parking on our streets for extended periods of time. Please park in the driveway whenever possible. Too many parked cars on narrow streets can block access for emergency vehicles and create bottlenecks. Please do your part to help.
No Parking in Yards Please
We have received complaints regarding some residents and/or visitors on St. Andrews parking vehicles in neighborhood yards as well as boat trailers and mowers left in yards. Please park vehicles in the driveway or garage whenever possible.
